EcoTop rivals other paper-based surfaces in durability. The longer bamboo fibers pioneered in the EcoTop formula make it highly scratch and stain-resistant with water absorption of less than one percent. EcoTop is also easily fabricated and installed. It can be cut, routed, sanded and finished with typical woodworking tools, much like butcher block style surfaces. It offers a compressive strength of 50,000 psi.
