Squak Mountain Stone: Natural Beauty, Redefined

Squak Mountain Stone is a solid surface material made from concrete, recycled paper, recycled crushed glass, and coal fly ash. Fly Ash is the byproduct of coal fired electricity plants, and can be added to concrete to reduce the impact of portland cement mining.

Each slab is hand-made in Washington, by Tiger Mountain Innovations. Squak Mountain is suitable for countertops, flooring.

 

The manufacturer recommends that consumers not place hot objects directly on to Squak Mountain Stone. Cutting directly on Squak Mountain Stone is not advised, however scratches can be buffed out. The material is very hard and will dull knives.

Each piece of Squak Mountain Stone comes pre-sealed from the factory, annual sealing with Top-Shield, a low-VOC sealer, is recommended.
